Made to Order Products
All 3DEAL products are made to order based on the configuration selected by the customer at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect configuration selected at the time of ordering.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item:
Arrives damaged
Has a manufacturing fault
Is not what you ordered
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@3deal.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be required.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
Replace the item, or
Issue a refund
We may ask for the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Shipping
If an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
We recommend that items are returned using a tracked delivery service.
