These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.3deal.uk and the purchase of products from 3DEAL.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Contract Formation
All products are made to order. A contract between you and 3DEAL is formed only when your order has been accepted and production has begun or the item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Products
All products are manufactured to order based on the options selected at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all configuration options and personalisation details are correct before placing an order.
Colours, finishes, and surface texture may vary slightly due to the 3D printing process and screen display differences.
4. Price and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is taken at the time of ordering via SumUp. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
5. Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.
As all 3DEAL products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided.
Collection in person may be available by prior arrangement.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for:
Incorrect configuration selected by the customer at the time of ordering
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under UK consumer law.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of 3DEAL and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
